• Conducting corporate sales activities,
  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales objectives through effective planning,
  • Accomplishing organizational sales objectives through effective coordination and communication between clients and internal support partners to ensure that sales activities are integrated with other parts of the business and aligned with the overall corporate objectives,
  • Establishing and maintaining constant contact with existing and new clients,
  • Developing new service, product or projects according to the needs and expectations of the clients,
  • Capability to convert passive clients into active ones,
  • Visiting existing clients and generating cross- sales channels,
  • Identifying prospective clients, perform visits and meet or exceed assigned quota,
  • Responsible from price analysis, proposals, contract preparation processes,
  • Conducting research to identify potential business opportunities for products and services,
  • Generating leads and closing sales through establishing networks and regional events,
  • Following up the industry trends, conduct regular competitor, product and market analysis,
  • Preparing comprehensive sales reports related to products, services and customers,
  • Ability to form mid and long term sales strategies and objectives,
  • Broaden knowledge of company solutions and their capabilities versus the strengths/weaknesses vis-à-vis the competition.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
  • Excellent command of English,
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in service, outsourcing or consulting sectors,
  • Previous experience in technical payroll and technology solutions sales is desired,
  • Social Security and tax experience is highly preferred,
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with a high degree of persistence and resolve to achieve targets,
  • Understanding of HR / Payroll Outsourcing concepts will be an added advantage,
  • Has a valid driving license (Class B), active driver,
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen and business orientation with innovative approaches to business development,
  • Follow up and after sales management capabilities,
  • Strong presentation skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to clearly articulate ideas,
  • Ability to travel when necessary,
  • Careful about personal grooming.
